MEET MIKE

Mike has been married to his wonderful bride Tracey for 36 years. Together they have raised their two children, Caitlin and Ethan in the heart of the 3rd district. Mike is a Georgia Tech graduate and business owner. Professionally, Mike and Tracey work together as a general contractor, and also in the real estate industry. With over 45 years spent as a builder and business owner, Mike has a wealth of experience to draw from in helping chart a course for America’s future. He served five years in the Georgia State Senate, where he was rated as the most conservative Senator in modern Georgia history.

Mike’s journey into public service was never part of the plan, but after getting involved in politics for the first time during the Tea Party of 2010, he knew that God was calling him to serve his community through the stewardship of government. Since then, along with his 5 years in the Georgia Senate, he has also served over 7 years as the Chair of the Georgia Republican Party’s 3rd District Committee.

Mike and his wife Tracey attend and serve at Forward Church in Sharpsburg, and reside full-time in Franklin, Ga.
